Bybee & Tibbals, LLC is a small yet dynamic litigation firm established in 2017 and built on a foundation of more than 60 years of shared experience between partners Rick Bybee and Jeff Tibbals.

The firm came to fruition after Jeff approached Rick about forming a niche firm focused on representing landowners in eminent domain and other real estate disputes. Rick had established himself as one of the state's leading condemnation attorneys; Jeff had built a successful career at one of South Carolina's largest firms and was ready for the culture of a small firm.
